CCTV footage of a daring robbery near Nazimabad Multan Chowk in Karachi has surfaced, showing a thief snatching a bag from an elderly woman and fleeing. The footage, which has shocked many, shows the thief grabbing the bag from the elderly woman as soon as she reaches near her house. The woman falls to the ground during the struggle, losing consciousness due to hitting her head on the ground.
The affected elderly woman is the niece of a former jail superintendent and holds an important position in MQM Pakistan. The incident has left her with severe injuries on her head and shoulders, as seen in the footage. The elderly woman, identified as Shahina Sahil, is currently being treated at a hospital for her injuries.
According to SSP Central Zeeshan Siddiqui, the incident occurred last week in the evening. The police are in contact with the affected woman and are making efforts to identify and apprehend the culprits involved in the robbery.
