Islamabad: The Society of Islamic Scholars strongly condemned the slogans raised against Maulana Fazlur Rehman during the PTI and Grand Alliance’s gathering in Pishin, Balochistan.

The spokesperson of the Society of Islamic Scholars, Islamm Ghori, stated that the true nature of the slogans was revealed to the public when a cat emerged from the PTI’s bag, with blasphemy and a knife in its mouth.

He said that the opposition will have to beware of people like Sher Afdal Marwat, Mahmood Khan Achakzai had stated that no one will be insulted in the gathering, but it seems that their politics is aimed at attracting insults from political leaders like Sher Afdal.

Spokesperson of the JUI commented that people like Sher Afdal are the final nail in the coffin of PTI, unsuccessful gatherings may be attempting to divert media and public attention by raising such slogans. If PTI is not ousted from power and not given a check, the opposition will not let go of their boots.

It is clear that during the Grand Alliance’s gathering in Pishin, as soon as Sher Afdal Marwat took the stage, workers of various parties including Tehreek-e-Insaf chanted “Diesel Diesel”, to which PTI leaders intervened, saying to stop chanting slogans as discussions were ongoing.
