The military media affairs wing reported on Friday that twenty-four terrorists had been killed in firefights and clearance operations in Mach and Kolpur towns of Balochistan over the past three days. The attack, attributed to the Majeed Brigade of the proscribed Balochistan Liberation Army, targeted a hotel and six shops in the Kolpur area, setting them on fire. Security forces responded immediately, engaging in a prolonged gun battle with the terrorists. With four law enforcement members and two civilians killed, the ISPR acknowledged the bravery and sacrifice of those who fought against the terrorists. The statement also addressed the recent increase in terror activities in the country, particularly in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.
