The Mir Ali area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan District witnessed an exchange of fire between security forces and militants resulting in two soldiers being martyred and one terrorist killed. The Inter-Services Public Relations reported that the 25-year-old Sepoy Abdullah and 19-year-old Sepoy Muhammad Sohail embraced martyrdom during the exchange. The surrounding areas are being sanitized to neutralize any terrorists found in the area. Last week, there were more instances of army officers and soldiers being martyred due to terrorist attacks in different areas of KP, revealing an increase in terrorist activities in Pakistan.
