Former Indian fast bowler Irfan Pathan, who left the Indian Premier League (IPL) series against Pakistan incomplete before the T20 World Cup, has started using harsh language.
Taking to the social media site, Twitter, former cricketer Irfan Pathan tweeted, “Either I am available for the entire season or not at all!”
Before this, former cricketer Sunil Gavaskar had expressed concern over English cricketers who left the Indian Premier League (IPL) incomplete, demanding cuts and fines in their salaries.

Sunil Gavaskar, in his column, had thanked other boards for providing him with a 10% commission from the IPL league, which no other league offers. He had suggested that if they are leaving the IPL for the series, boards and players should be penalized.
It is clear that in addition to England’s top cricketers participating in the IPL, players like Jonny Bairstow, Sam Curran, Liam Livingstone, Will Jacks, Reece Topley, Jos Buttler, Phil Salt, and Maheen Ali left the IPL to represent the country against Pakistan in the series.
The series comprising four matches between Pakistan and England will begin on May 22, while playoffs and finals of the IPL will be played during the same period, with a large number of foreign players not included.
The question to ponder is that before the start of the Indian Premier League (IPL), India had won the last T20 World Cup, and since then they have not been able to win any trophies.
