The incident occurred in the Civil Lines area, and the Rawalpindi CPO has instructed the police to immediately apprehend the perpetrators. Senior police officers arrived at the scene, collected evidence, and formed teams to capture the suspects. The initial investigation suggests that the incident may be related to a personal dispute, and the police are conducting a thorough inquiry.
