The winner of the popular reality show Bigg Boss OTT Season 2, Eijaz Khan, has been arrested by the police in a snake venom case.
According to Indian media reports, the famous YouTuber and Bigg Boss winner Eijaz Khan was arrested by the Noida police on March 17 in connection with a snake venom case. The additional DCP Noida, Manish Kumar Mishra, confirmed his arrest.
It was reported that after the arrest, 26-year-old Eijaz Khan was being interrogated. Initially, the YouTuber denied involvement in the supply of snake venom, but today he has confessed to his crime.
The police sources revealed that Eijaz Khan has confessed to arranging snake venom at parties organised by him. He also admitted to meeting various suspects involved in supplying snake venom at different parties and maintaining contact with them.
Eijaz Khan is also accused of using snakes in his video shoots. Following these serious allegations, the court in Noida had sent the YouTuber to 14-day judicial remand in jail yesterday.
It is worth mentioning that prior to this, the Noida police had raided a party and arrested 5 suspects, one of whom was found in possession of 20 litres of venom.
