US spokesperson Matthew Miller expressed deep condolences for those affected by the blast at Jinnah Road Sibi, Balochistan during a PTI rally, and emphasized the resilience and well-being of the injured.

He noted that this incident is one of several recent attacks targeting political groups, and mentioned that the Election Commission in Pakistan (ECP) has also been affected by the ongoing violence.
