Mumbai: Bollywood veteran actress and actor Saif Ali Khan’s mother Sharmila Tagore says that her daughter-in-law Kareena Kapoor is a straightforward person.
Participating in a TV show with her son Saif Ali Khan, veteran actress Sharmila Tagore said that Kareena Kapoor herself told me directly about her relationship with Saif.
Sharmila Tagore said that when Kareena Kapoor mentioned this, there was a party going on at the time and the room was full of people. Kareena’s honesty and integrity impressed me and it was also evident how much times have changed.
Sharmila Tagore further said that in our time, such things were hidden behind seven curtains. There were relationships with Saif’s father Mansoor Ali Khan before marriage but he never told anyone himself.
The actress revealed that she has been diagnosed with cancer, which is why she was unable to work in the film “Rocky” and “Rani Ki Prem Kahani” which were to be released some time ago. Shabana Azmi played this role in the film.
