Karachi: The Sindh High Court has rejected the request for an immediate hearing of the application by DIG Nadra to block the identification cards of accused and advertising defendants.
During the hearing at the High Court regarding the blocking of identification cards of accused and advertising defendants, the immediate hearing request of DIG Nadra was presented, in which Nadra’s lawyer stated that we have written a letter to the entry secretary, until the accused defendants provide identification, how can Nadra be blocked?
The court, while talking to Nadra’s lawyer, said that go to IG Sindh for obtaining the records of the defendants, what do we have to do? The case has already been scheduled for November 24. Meet with the IG Sindh and exchange the records.
The court rejected the request for an immediate hearing of DIG Nadra’s application. It is clear that the court has issued an order to block the identification cards of the accused and advertising defendants.
