Bangalore: Cricket is a game that is like a craze for the citizens of India and Pakistan. Many fans are willing to do anything to watch it, to the extent of making excuses to take a day off work and go to the stadium.

According to Indian media, a similar incident recently occurred in India where the Indian Premier League (IPL) is currently ongoing. The IPL started on March 22nd and cricket fans all over the country are glued to their television screens hoping to see their favorite players, while many citizens book stadium tickets to watch the match live.

Recently, a woman also made up a family emergency excuse to take a day off and went to watch the match in the stadium. Private company employee Miss Dvivedi requested a day off from work due to a family emergency, which her bus agreed to.

However, the woman’s lie was caught when her bus saw her sitting in the stadium watching the IPL match live on TV.

Miss Dvivedi shared the humorous incident in an Instagram video, stating that when she was watching the live match, her bus saw her on TV.

The woman explained that when she was at the stadium, her bus called her and asked about her favorite team, to which she replied that she was upset due to her team losing. Her bus then said that they recognized her in just a second when the camera turned towards her.

Finally, the bus said, ‘So this is your family emergency for which you took a day off’.
