Karachi: There has been a decrease in the international and local prices of gold. According to Express News, the price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market has decreased by $10 to reach the level of $2349, which has also led to a decrease in the prices of gold in the local currency markets. On Monday, the price of 24-carat gold per tola decreased by Rs. 1200 to reach Rs. 242,300 and the price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs. 943 to reach Rs. 207,733.
As a result, in line with the decrease in people’s purchasing power and decrease in gold trading activities, the local gold prices have been reduced to Rs. 3000 per tola.
Meanwhile, the price of silver remained stable at Rs. 2650 per tola and Rs. 2271.94 per 10 grams without any change.
