Five people were injured in firing at the election rally of the Muslim League N in Lahore. According to Express News, unidentified individuals opened fire on the election rally of P.P. 154 in the Bata Pur area of Lahore, the N-League candidate Malik Habib Awan. As a result of the firing, five people, including Malik Habib Awan’s brother Malik Boda, were severely injured and were transferred to the hospital for medical assistance. The motorcycle riders fled the scene after the firing. Police have started gathering evidence from the scene and have begun searching for the suspects.
