Pakistani newspapers have attached lots of importance (or perhaps PR firms have pushed them) to the phone call between Nawaz & Zardari and their possible meeting soon. Funny thing is that both have vowed to save Pakistani state and to solve the economic problems of the people of Pakistan. Howzat!
Imran Khan’s lawyers are expecting relief from Supreme Court in the Cipher case; but Supreme Court has taken up an old petition of Gen. Musharraf who had died in Feb 2023. Court is looking for grand standing, it looks!
