Pakistan Army Chief has locked himself in a world of make believe and fantasy. Assumption is that the drama of Feb Elections will deliver him a system he can govern easily and for long. Since he is the Sultan, no one can counsel him. This is a dangerous state of mind. Sad Reality is that the fake flawed Election Exercise that is being conducted will only add to the continuing challenges of Pakistani Establishment. Every country needs an Establishment; Pakistan’s tragedy is that in place of Establishment, country has a Sultan who runs things like a medieval King. This is a recipe for disaster!
