The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has established election tribunals in Balochistan and Sindh to address appeals related to the election results. Justices from the Sindh High Court will preside over the petitions for the Karachi, Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad, and Larkana divisions, while justices from the Balochistan High Court will handle election-related pleas in the province. These appointments were made based on the recommendations of the Chief Justices of the respective high courts. The tribunals will address complaints regarding irregularities and allegations of rigging in the elections and subsequent bye-elections.
