The International Court of Justice has begun hearings in a case against Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories, just a month after addressing another case where Israel is accused of genocidal acts in Gaza. This case is the largest case since 1945, involving at least 52 countries and highlighting the illegal occupation of the West Bank and East Jerusalem and the blockade of Gaza.
