A Russian tourist visiting the city of Pattaya in Thailand avenged a local barber by cutting his hair off, as he felt that his hair was not cut properly despite being explained to. According to media reports, the Russian citizen was on a tour of the city of Pattaya in Thailand when he decided to get his hair cut at a local barber shop. Eyewitnesses said that the tourist visited the salon and used hand signals to explain to the barber how he wanted his hair done, as his English was very weak. However, during the haircut, when the Russian tourist saw himself in the mirror, he was not happy with the result. He started banging on the table and began using inappropriate language against the barber. In anger, the tourist picked up the shave machine from the table and shaved off a part of the barber’s next hair. Eyewitnesses said that after forcefully cutting the barber’s hair, the tourist quickly left the salon without paying for his haircut. The whole incident left the staff and other customers in shock.
