Nawaz Sharif recently returned to Pakistan after a four-year stay in London and is scheduled to meet with PML-N Balochistan’s leadership.
Sources have indicated that a number of Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) leaders and other prominent Baloch leaders are likely to join the PML-N.
According to sources, some BAP leaders had met with former speaker and PML-N leader Ayaz Sadiq in Quetta.
“Balochistan leaders have set a condition for joining the party, which is the arrival of top PML-N leadership in Quetta,” the sources stated.
They have requested the arrival of Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, or Maryam Nawaz in Quetta.
The BAP leaders who met with Shehbaz Sharif included provincial ministers, senators, and MPAs.
