Shehbaz Sharif, President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has secured national and provincial assembly seats in Lahore, as per unofficial results. In NA-123, he won with 63,953 votes, while in PP-158, he secured 38,642 votes. PML-N chief organiser Maryam Nawaz also won Lahore’s PP-189 seat with 23,598 votes. The General Election 2024 concluded peacefully with active participation from voters across the country, with over 128 million registered voters scheduled to cast their votes. The polling took place for seats in the National Assembly and provincial assemblies, with a few exceptions due to candidate deaths.
