Faisal Kareem Kundi criticized JUI leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman over his statement regarding the role of the establishment in the formation of the previous coalition government. He said that the PPP and PMLN have buried their own statements. He challenged Maulana to tell the nation who started and ended the sit-in, and who benefited the most from the government’s termination. He highlighted the corruption and embezzlement in government departments and criticized the role of political parties in the no-confidence movement. He also expressed anger at Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s absence from the Assembly despite being part of the previous coalition government and ending the missing help after 16 months. Faisal Kareem Kundi also highlighted Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s recent remarks in an interview with Samma TV. He criticized Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s claim that the movement of no-confidence against Imran Khan was initiated by PPP, and expressed his displeasure at the former generals’ directions to political parties. Finally, Maulana Fazlur Rehman stated that there was rigging in the 2018 elections and theft in the 2024 elections, and that they would now adopt a policy of protest against this theft.
