Three major supermarkets have issued a recall for tinned beans due to concerns that they may contain small rubber balls, making them unsafe to consume.
Customers are being urged not to eat the products and to return them to the store for a full refund.
The recall applies to three products from the food producers, including baked beans, baked beans with sausages, and bean salad.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has reported that the rubber balls, approximately 2.5cm in diameter, could pose a choking hazard.
Refunds are available for products with specific best before dates and batch codes, and no receipt is required.
In a separate incident, a supermarket chain has recalled a Christmas stuffing product due to a potential moth contamination, apologizing to customers for any inconvenience.
