The PML-N leader Malik Ahmad Khan accused the PTI of inciting hate against government officials, and called on the caretaker government to take action against the party. He made these remarks at a press conference in Lahore, responding to the allegations made by Rawalpindi Commissioner Liaquat Ali Chattha. Malik Ahmad Khan, along with PML-N leaders Uzma Bukhari and Ata Tarar, stated that the commissioner had no role in the electoral process, and condemned the campaign of hatred and threats against government employees. He also compared the PTI to the infamous Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar, saying that the party was adopting similar tactics in harassing government officials.
