Kuwait Crown Prince and PM Kakar of Pakistan to Enhance Bilateral Relations

Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar of Pakistan met with Kuwait Crown Prince Sheikh Meshal Al Jaber Al Sabah, where they agreed to strengthen the bilateral relationship between their countries. After the meeting, Kakar expressed his satisfaction in a post on X, stating that they had signed seven agreements and three MoUs in key sectors, marking a new era in Pakistan-Kuwait economic ties. The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) highlighted the importance Pakistan attaches to its relationship with Kuwait and the desire to expand cooperation in various fields. PM Kakar and Kuwait’s First Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Talal Khaled Al-Ahmad also witnessed the signing of seven agreements and three MoUs to attract investment from Kuwait in various sectors. Meanwhile, Gen. Asim Munir, Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, also met the Kuwaiti crown prince during an official visit. The prime minister’s visit to Kuwait follows his recent trip to the United Arab Emirates, where investment cooperation agreements were also signed.
