Karachi: The police have arrested a husband and wife involved in robberies of women. According to sources, Landhi police arrested the husband and wife involved in lootings of women using mobile tracing technology.
The police recovered 76 bags, weapons, 4 mobile phones, and ATM cards stolen from the women from the suspects’ possession.
According to the police, the arrested couple, identified as Palosha and her husband Shahryar, would snatch purses from women walking on the road while riding a motorcycle at gunpoint and then flee.
Footage of the couple snatching a purse from a female pedestrian in a Landhi area has also been made public.
The arrest of the suspects was made possible through mobile phone tracing technology.
