JI leader calls for unity in the Muslim world against Israel’s harsh actions

Speaking at a meeting in Tehran, the JI chief emphasized the message of unity under the name of one Ummah from Syed Abul A’la Maududi and Imam Khomeini.

Sirajul Haq highlighted the ongoing killing of innocent people in Gaza and the failure of the OIC and international community to stop Israel’s aggression, which has entered its second month.

Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Chief Sirajul Haq visited Iran on November 6 for a four-day trip to discuss the situation in Palestine following Israel’s aggression.

During his stay in Tehran, Sirajul Haq is scheduled to meet with Iran’s political and religious party leaders to address the genocide of Palestinians by Israeli occupation forces in Gaza, as stated by JI Secretary Information, Qaiser Sharif.

Death toll surpasses 10,000

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, the death toll from ongoing Israeli attacks in the war on Gaza has exceeded 10,000 people. The ministry’s spokesperson, Ashraf al-Qudra, revealed that the Israeli army has killed 10,022 people and injured over 25,000, including 4,104 children and 2,641 women. Al-Qudra also mentioned reports of 2,350 people missing under rubble, including around 1,300 children. Additionally, Israeli warplanes recently targeted three hospitals in Gaza City, resulting in eight Palestinians killed and 125 others injured.
