Former Chairman of Jhang Region, Syed Abraar Shah, along with his son and security guard, was killed by firing on their car within the limits of Thana Shehzad Town, Islamabad. According to Express News, unidentified suspects in a car opened fire, killing Syed Abraar Shah, the former Chairman of Jhang Region, and four others, including his son.
Sources have confirmed that the former Chairman of Jhang Region, Syed Abraar Shah, was associated with the Muslim League (N). The deceased also include companions, Syed Ali Sher and Sahib Gul.
The suspects managed to flee the scene after the incident. Police have cordoned off Thana Shehzad Town and are investigating the incident, which is believed to be a result of personal enmity.
