Interesting Drama unfolding inside and around Pakistan! Iran, Pakistan’s friendly neighbor, lodges missile attacks inside Pakistani Baluchistan, claiming it hit targets of Jesh ul Adal, a Sunni Anti-Iran organization considered terrorist by Iran and many countries including the United States. But Iran considers Jesh a proxy of the US and thinks that it has been given sanctuary inside Pakistan. Pakistan Foreign Office issues a Press Release (15/2024) protesting against the violation of its sovereignty – but nothing more. A state response could not have been more weak and sheepish!
Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi have been indicted in the so called IDDAT Case – which is an irrationality in “Age of Ultra-Sound”. Sher Afzal is again in the News.
