Pakistani Establishment is in panic! Shutting down Twitter/X across Pakistan for fifth day means that Generals of Pakistan have realised that they totally lost the war of narratives! They can’t defend their actions, taking cues from Chinese Communist Party they are toying with the idea of living without the so called social media platforms.
But Word “social media” is misleading; reality is that Twitter is world’s biggest and most important news and opinion platform, it’s now sine qua non with democracy and debate.
