Girls school destroyed by bomb in South Waziristan

Peshawar: Unidentified individuals in the Wanadubkot area of South Waziristan Loewer detonated a bomb at a girls’ school.
According to sources, the explosion occurred inside the Wow Girls School in Sarki Kot. No casualties were reported, but the school building suffered damage. Last week, a private girls’ school in North Waziristan was also bombed.

On the other hand, upon receiving information about suspected terrorist activity in D.I. Khan, the police raided the Aizam Warsak Bazaar and arrested 2 shopkeepers selling weapons, while one managed to escape. Smuggled weapons and illegal ammunition were also seized.
A large number of firearms, pistols, bullets, and explosive materials were recovered from the arrested individuals. Further investigation is ongoing.
