California: Former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, as well as other former Twitter executives, have filed a lawsuit against X owner Elon Musk, accusing him of over $128 million in unpaid severance and other allegations of misconduct.
According to media reports, four former Twitter executives have filed a lawsuit in a San Francisco court, accusing X’s owner of wrongfully terminating employees without cause and failing to fulfill financial responsibilities.
The plaintiffs claimed in their lawsuit that Musk’s management of “Twitter” has become a mockery, with a harsh attitude towards employees.
The statement further claimed that Musk does not even pay his bills because he believes he is not bound by rules and regulations. Moreover, he uses his wealth and power to silence anyone who disagrees with him.
In addition to Parag Agrawal, the plaintiffs include former Twitter executives CFO Ned Segal, former Chief Legal Officer Vijaya Gadde, and former General Counsel Sean Edgett. The plaintiffs also claim that Musk owes a year’s severance pay and the granting of stock options.
