In a meeting on “Delivering more through Inclusive and Accessible Education,” Foreign Minister Jilani emphasized the importance of education in empowering youth and securing their future.
Prior to the meeting, the foreign minister inaugurated the 10th Commonwealth Youth Ministerial Meeting at the Commonwealth Headquarters in London.
Earlier reports confirmed that Interim Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani is set to chair the 10th Commonwealth Youth Ministerial Meeting (CYMM) in London.
The meeting will focus on the theme “Aim Higher: Delivering More for Young People in the Commonwealth” and aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The meeting will extensively discuss the four key areas of education, employment, engagement, and environment identified in the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP).
During his visit to London, FM Jalil Abbas Jilani is also scheduled to meet with participating Ministers and high-ranking officials of the Commonwealth.
