China calls for holding a global peace conference to end the war in Gaza.

In China, the leaders of the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Tunisia, and Egypt participated in a summit.

Beijing: Chinese President Xi Jinping, during the inauguration of the China-Arab Cooperation Forum, called for an urgent international peace conference on the Israel-Hamas conflict while starting a summit with the leaders of the four Arab countries.

According to international news agencies, President Xi Jinping addressed the opening session of the China-Arab Cooperation Forum and expressed concern about the escalating violence in the Israel-Hamas conflict.

President Xi Jinping emphasized to the Arab states to strengthen cooperation and partnership in areas such as trade, energy, aerospace research, and healthcare.

President Xi Jinping demanded an international conference on the situation in Gaza for the establishment of peace in the Middle East and expressed readiness to work with Arab countries on the Gaza issue.

During the China-Arab summit, President Al-Sisi of Egypt, President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed of the United Arab Emirates, King Hamad of Bahrain, and President Qais Saied of Tunisia participated.

The summit discussed growing trade relations between China and Arab states and exchanged views on security concerns related to the Israel-Hamas conflict.

It should be noted that the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum was established in 2004 as a mechanism for formal dialogues between China and Arab states.
