Caretaker Advisor Extends Apology to Doctors and Staff

Umair Muhammad Hassani, the Caretaker Advisor, recently issued a statement apologizing for an incident that took place at the Trauma Centre. According to Hassani, the incident was a result of a misunderstanding, and he regrets any inconvenience caused to the doctors and paramedical staff at the medical facility.

In his apology, Hassani assured the staff members that he is committed to preventing similar incidents in the future. He acknowledged that his role as a government representative comes with the responsibility of serving the citizens.

Earlier today, armed security guards accompanying Umair Muhammad Hassani and former minister Amanullah Notezai reportedly mistreated and assaulted the staff at the Trauma Centre in Quetta. The medical facility’s CCTV footage was released by the Medical Superintendent, confirming the incident.

According to the MD of the Trauma Centre, Hassani’s security guards were involved in a fight with the staff and caused damage to the center’s assets. Amanullah Notezai and his security guards were also present during the incident. The staff members were subjected to violence and their lives, along with the patients’, were put at risk. The Medical Superintendent himself claimed that one of the security guards also misbehaved with him.

The staff members expressed their discontent by protesting against the mistreatment by the caretaker advisor and his entourage.
