This aid amount will be given to four human rights organizations, including the United Nations.

New York: American supermodels Bella and Gigi Hadid have donated $1 million for the relief of Palestinians affected by the state terrorism of Israel. According to BBC, Bella’s representatives said that this aid amount will be equally distributed among four human rights organizations – Relief Palestine, Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, World Central Kitchen, and UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) – who are engaged in assisting children and families affected by the Gaza war.

These organizations also collaborate in providing food and medical assistance to Palestinians, assisting homeless families, and providing psychological support. Palestinian descent sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid are daughters of Palestinian property tycoon Mohamed Anwar Hadid, and both sisters are vocal on every platform in support of the rights of the oppressed Palestinian people.

In a May Instagram post, Bella had said that she is deeply saddened by the devastation and silence of the global community on the plight of the Palestinian people. Last month at the Cannes Film Festival, Bella Hadid also wore a traditional Palestinian keffiyeh similar to the red and white scarf worn by the Palestinians, through which she raised her voice in support of the rights of the Palestinians at the famous film festival.

She said it was a beautiful way to represent history, love, hard work, resilience, and the art of Palestinian struggle.
