Islamabad: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, while commending the police and security forces for thwarting the terrorist attack on the Gwadar Port Authority Complex, said that those targeting the peace of Balochistan want to disrupt Pakistan’s economic development and inflation.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said in a statement that he commended the security forces for foiling the attack on the Gwadar Port Authority Complex and praised the bravery and professionalism of the police and security forces officers and youth in facing the attackers.
The Prime Minister offered his condolences to the families of the security forces martyred in the operation against terrorists, expressing sympathy and condolences to the families of the martyrs, saying that the nation’s brave sons are sacrificing their lives to protect Pakistan from terrorists.
He said that the security forces’ brave and timely action in thwarting the attack and killing the attackers is commendable, as those plotting to target the peace of Balochistan want to disrupt Pakistan’s economic development and inflation.
The Prime Minister said that with the grace and support of Allah Almighty and the people, all internal and external conspiracies against Pakistan will be thwarted, saluting the courageous sons of the nation who demonstrate courage and bravery for the defense, security, and protection of the motherland.
He said that the nation stands with its armed forces, police, and security forces in the eradication of terrorism, and he prayed for the high ranks of the martyrs and patience for the families.
