Karachi: Former Pakistani cricketer Abdul Razzaq has apologized for his controversial statement about Indian actress Aishwarya Rai.
In his video message, Abdul Razzaq said that he had to give a different example but Aishwarya Rai’s name came out of his mouth, for which he apologizes to her. His intention was not to make fun of her.
Two days ago, members of the winning team of the T20 World Cup 2009 participated in an event in Karachi, where former cricketers also expressed their views on Pakistan’s performance in the recent ICC World Cup.

At the event, former cricketer Abdul Razzaq said that in 2009, we knew that Younis Khan’s intentions were clear, which is why we trusted him. He said that it is not our policy to corrupt players. Abdul Razzaq had given an inappropriate example, saying that if our mindset was to marry Aishwarya Rai and have a pious child, it could never happen, so first you have to correct your intentions.
