Quetta: The Minister for Sports and Culture and the Advisor to the Chief Minister of Baluchistan have announced their resignations from their positions in order to contest the upcoming elections. According to details, the Minister of Interior, Sarfraz Bugti, also resigned from his ministry, which was accepted by the Prime Minister. Now the Advisor for Mines and Minerals, Umair Mohammad Hasni, has also resigned from his position. Umair Mohammad Hasni had submitted his resignation to the Chief Minister on December 13, which was accepted. It has been decided that Umair Mohammad Hasni will contest the upcoming elections as a candidate. Additionally, the Minister for Sports and Culture, Nawabzada Jamal Raisani of Baluchistan, has also resigned from his position and will contest the upcoming elections on the ticket of the Pakistan People’s Party. It should be noted that it is necessary to resign from a government position before the issuance of the electoral schedule, which is why the resignation of the Minister of Interior was also accepted before the schedule was issued.
