Fawad Chaudhry, a former federal minister of information, announced the boycott of the general elections, including his group, by writing a letter to the Election Commission.
In the letter written to the Election Commission, he also wrote that the game of elections has been played in such a way that, in the words of Waris Shah, “the streets are full of corpses, and Mirza wanders within them.”
It is clear that before this, PTI leaders Murad Saeed and Azam Swati have also withdrawn from the general elections and returned their party tickets.
