Rawalpindi: Security forces have killed two terrorists during an operation in North Waziristan.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted an operation in the district of North Waziristan on January 12.
During the operation, terrorists opened fire on security forces, and the soldiers also responded with fire.
ISPR reported that two terrorists, identified as Abdullah Khadri and Khalid Janan, were killed in the intense exchange of fire.
The spokesperson for the Pakistan Army said that the terrorists who were killed were involved in multiple terrorist activities, including targeting innocent civilians in the area.
Security forces have launched an operation to eliminate terrorists in the area. The spokesperson for the Pakistan Army stated that the security forces are determined to eradicate the curse of terrorism from the country.
